About Me I am a certified Magnetic Therapist with additional training in various modalities that include, gentle mental health coaching, mindful prayer, inner healing, somatic work and personal trauma release. My work is inspired not only by my desire to learn but also by my own journey of overcoming difficult personal experiences. Because I know firsthand how challenging life’s struggles can be, I am passionate about guiding others toward healing, balance, and hope. Through biomagnetic therapy, prayer, (if wanted) and trauma release techniques, I help clients restore harmony in body, mind, soul and spirit—supporting them as they learn new ways to cope, release what no longer serves them, and embrace a healthier lighter path forward. My mission is to hold a safe, compassionate space for healing while empowering people to reconnect with their natural ability to restore balance and live with greater peace. More about this therapy. Magnetic therapy is a gentle, holistic approach aimed at restoring balance to the body. It works by helping to balance the pH levels, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. In this therapy, the client and I collaborate as a team to explore healing and foster hope moving forward. Many clients have reported reduced inflammation, less pain, and an overall increase in hope, confidence and wellbeing. The goal is always to create a safe, supportive environment where we can acknowledge what’s happening in the body without retraumatizing or causing distress from past experiences. Instead, we focus on noticing the sensations in the body acknowledging where it may have stemmed from and allowing it to process naturally.
